Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

In today’s world, flexible, accessible, and inclusive mental health care is more important than ever. That’s why I offer sessions via secure Zoom video or phone. Research consistently shows that Telehealth can be just as effective as in-person therapy—and, in many cases, it allows for deeper integration and ease.

The work we do together often reaches into subtle, energetic, and even quantum layers of your system. It can open the door to profound shifts in your brain and nervous system—what science calls neuroplasticity. Offering this work online helps you stay in a space that feels familiar and safe, supporting the healing process even after our session ends.

At this time, my entire practice is held online through a secure, encrypted platform. Your experience and feedback matter deeply to me, and they help shape how these offerings continue to grow and serve you best.

Clients report:

  • enjoying not having to wait in or deal with traffic

  • more space to integrate after session instead of having to hop in a car & drive

  • a deeper more secure experience from the comfort of their own home/space

  • accessibility for those in remote areas, with mobility limitations, or chronic illness

  • increased flexibility with scheduling & travel plans

Tips for a successful Telehealth session:

  • Consider using an Ethernet cable rather than Wifi to connect for sessions.  While Wifi will work, you may experience a better connection using a cable.

  • Ensure laptops & mobile devices are plugged in or well charged.

  • You will want to arrive about 10 minutes early for your first video session to make sure you are comfortable with the log in process & to trouble shoot any issues you may be having.

  • If we have connection issues, we may briefly attempt to trouble shoot these within our session.  If the issues become extensive or we get disconnected, I will call you. We may continue our session via phone call if we are unable to resolve the video issues in a timely manner.

  • Choose an area in your home or office that is quiet, comfortable, & has a good sound barrier.  You may consider purchasing an inexpensive sound machine to improve more confidentiality.  Ensure proper care for children & pets during your session & remind others in the home that you should be undisturbed for your session time.

  • Because some of our sessions will be somatic (meaning we will engage the body & brain stem) be sure to dress comfortably & have room to move.
